RENTAL TERMS
§ 1 The rental object is rented to the tenant for a specified period at a specified price. 20 percent of the rent is paid no later than 10 days after the booking and the remaining part no later than 30 days before the start of the rental period.
§ 2 The tenant must be at least 24 years old and take good care of the rented accommodation during their stay and follow the arrival and departure checklist.
§ 3 In case of any damage caused by the tenant, he is responsible for the damage. In the event of damage, the tenant must also immediately contact the landlord.
§ 4 The tenant may not assign the right to rent the home to someone else.
§ 5 It is the landlord’s responsibility to ensure that the home and furnishings are insured.
§ 6 Cleaning included. The social security number of the tenant is registered at the cleaning in order to use the RUT deduction
§ 7 Cancellation can take place verbally or in writing. If you cancel earlier than 30 days before the agreed arrival, then we keep the already paid part. In case of later cancellation, 70% of the rent is paid. Unfortunately, we cannot accept illness as a reason for late cancellation. In cases where you have paid in full and wish to transfer the rent to someone else, we reserve the right to approve the new tenant.
§ 8 Maximum number of people who may use the accommodation is 8.
§ 9. Force majeure. Both parties have the right to withdraw from the agreement due to acts of war, natural disasters, longer interruptions in water or energy supply, fire, decisions by authorities, epidemic/pandemic, or other similar circumstances beyond the control of the parties, which neither party could reasonably have anticipated or taken into consideration at the time of the conclusion of the agreement and the consequences of which could not reasonably be avoided.
